Her formative years were spent in North Carolina, where she pursued a formal art education. Earning a BFA in Scenic Design from UNCSA, provided her with a solid foundation in artistic practice, and much experience solving problems with thoughtful design.
Working as a professional artist and designer for over 20 years, she has honed her skills and developed a distinct style that merges traditional techniques with modern sensibilities.
